Jensine is so patient and knowledgeable. She helped us plan our trip to Mexico and everything went so smoothly. She even had us come in a few days before and go over the WestJet App and helped us confirm everything and show us what else we needed to do. This is the 2nd trip Jensine has helped us plan and I would definitely recommend her to anyone and will use her again for sure in the future.
